Top 10 Overall - The Most Attractive Employers in Sport 2022
Three international sports governing bodies, three football clubs, two sporting goods companies, one league and one sponsor are the “overall” Top 10 Most Attractive Employers in Sport, according to a study conducted by iWorkinSport.
Although this top 10 shortlist is identical to last year's, there were changes on how the organisations ranked from 1st to 10th place. The detailed rankings of the iWorkinSport Most Attractive Employers 2022 will be announced at an Awards ceremony at the Olympic Museum, in Lausanne, on May 19th, at a VIP dinner offered to recruiters and academic partners of the iWorkinSport Job Fair, which will take place the following day, also in Lausanne.
The list is the result of a study conducted by iWorkinSport, which surveyed more than a 1,600 people from all continents, with the majority already working in sport, and asked them a simple question: “If you could choose to work anywhere in sport, where would that be?”
At first, the respondents chose organisations divided into ten categories and, at the end, they indicated one single preferred choice, overall – the “Employer of their Dreams”.

The survey was conducted from 20 December 2021 to 15 March 2022 and had more than 1,600 respondents, from 111 countries, with 90% having at least a bachelor degree and 63% with postgraduate education, while 79% already work in sport. Detailed demographics data will be available in the report.
