IWORKINSPORT IS THE GLOBAL HUB FOR RECRUITMENT, CAREER GROWTH AND EDUCATION IN SPORT.

Its mission is to connect and provide resources, opportunities and solutions to all stakeholders involved in the field of career development in sport - be it candidates, employers, employees, students, academic programmes, HR professionals, recruitment agencies, consultants, career coaches, etc. The platform also produces, aggregates and curates content and knowledge relevant to all of them.

Established in 2017, iWorkinSport launched the first truly international career fair dedicated to the sports sector. The event enables some of the most renowned organisations to meet, interview and recruit highly qualified candidates, including graduates and alumni from the most prestigious sport management programmes in the world. Additionally, the Convention & Job Fair serves as an invaluable employer branding platform, as well as a unique place for talent acquisition and HR professionals to network and exchange knowledge with their peers.  

World-class sports organisations such as the International Olympic Committee (IOC), FIFA, UEFA, FIBA, adidas, Puma, Juventus FC, Manchester City FC, Infront, IMG, TEAM Marketing, the NBA, and many others have been in attendance, recruiting at the event.

In addition to the in-person event, iWorkinSport also organises two online events: the Virtual Job Fair and the Education Virtual Expo. 

iWorkinSport gained global recognition also through its annual survey and report titled “The Most Attractive Employers in Sport”, which ranks sports companies according to their attractiveness to professionals who work or want to work in the sports industry. High profile video interviews have also contributed to further elevate iWorkinSport’s status in the market.
