iWorkinSport is excited to announce that HumanForce, a consultancy dedicated to building caring, resilient, and high-performing workplace cultures, will lead the Recruiters’ Workshop at the 2025 iWorkinSport Convention & Job Fair.
The exclusive workshop is tailored to Talent Acquisition and Human Resources professionals attending the event. It offers a unique opportunity for knowledge exchange and peer learning among HR leaders from top sports organisations and academic institutions from around the world.
This year’s edition will be led by Natalie Boudou, CEO and Founder of HumanForce, renowned executive coach, consultant, TEDx speaker, and author of the best-selling book HumanForce: The Power of Emotions in a Changing Workplace. Natalie has many top sports organisations among her clients.
Titled "The Leader as Coach: Unlocking Potential Through Coaching Leadership", the 90-minute interactive session will explore how leaders can adopt a coaching mindset to foster trust, engagement, and growth across their teams. Participants will gain practical coaching techniques, discover how to ask powerful questions, and strengthen active listening skills to build a high-performance culture.
The workshop will take place on May 8th, at the Olympic Museum in Lausanne, Switzerland—on the eve of the Convention & Job Fair.
João Frigerio, Founder and CEO of iWorkinSport, commented:
“The Recruiters’ Workshop is one of the highlights of the iWorkinSport Convention & Job Fair, and we’re delighted to have partnered with HumanForce and Natalie Boudou as the presenters of this very anticipated session. Natalie brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in leadership development and coaching. I’m confident that attendees will walk away with valuable insights and practical tools to apply within their organisations.”
