The Top 10 phase of the Most Attractive Employers in Sport 2025 continues, and today we spotlight a category that brings together the organisers of some of the world’s most iconic sporting events: Event Organisers.
These organisations are behind the scenes of the biggest stages in global sport - from the Olympic Games to the World Cup, Grand Slams, and championship finals. Their work spans competition delivery, commercial strategy, logistics, fan experience, legacy planning, and much more. For many professionals, these events are the pinnacle of sport - and so are the organisations behind them.
The final rankings will be revealed on May 8th, during the iWorkinSport Awards Ceremony at the Olympic Museum in Lausanne, as part of the iWorkinSport Convention & Job Fair.
This year’s Top 10 Event Organisers cover a wide range of sports and regions. The list includes three tennis Grand Slams, two Olympic Games, and major events in football, rugby, cycling, basketball, and American football. Geographically, it spans organisers based or operating in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia - reflecting the truly global nature of top-tier sports events.
The shortlist is based on the global iWorkinSport survey, which asked professionals:
“If you could choose to work anywhere in sport, where would that be?”
