We’re back with another exciting shortlist in the Most Attractive Employers in Sport 2025 series - this time highlighting a category that plays a vital role in the ecosystem of sport: Sponsors.
Sponsorship is much more than logos on jerseys or perimeter boards. These brands invest in the power of sport to build connections, elevate their image, and create unforgettable experiences - and in doing so, they’ve also become highly desirable places to work for professionals passionate about sport, marketing, and global impact.
The final rankings will be revealed on May 8th, during the iWorkinSport Awards Ceremony at the Olympic Museum in Lausanne, as part of the iWorkinSport Convention & Job Fair.
The shortlist features a mix of iconic global brands and tech innovators, spanning industries such as aviation, automotive, electronics, fashion, beverages, finance, consulting, and entertainment. Their strong presence in sports partnerships has helped cement their place in the minds of professionals looking to align their careers with purpose, prestige, and visibility.
The shortlist is the result of a global survey conducted by iWorkinSport, which asked professionals in the sports industry a simple question: “If you could choose to work anywhere in sport, where would that be?”
Participants voted in ten categories and selected one overall “Employer of their Dreams.”
In the Sponsors category, the Top 20 most voted brands, in alphabetical order, are:
- Airbnb
- Amazon
