Top 20 Event Organisers – The Most Attractive Employers in Sport 2025

The shortlist announcements for the Most Attractive Employers in Sport 2025 continue - and today we turn to a truly global and diverse category: Event Organisers.

From the world’s biggest tournaments and multisport events to elite competitions in cycling, esports, motorsport, rugby, and more, these organisations are responsible for staging some of the most iconic and inspiring moments in sport. It’s no surprise that they are seen as dream employers for many professionals looking to make an impact behind the scenes.

As always, the final rankings will be revealed on May 8th, during the iWorkinSport Awards Ceremony at the Olympic Museum in Lausanne, part of the iWorkinSport Convention & Job Fair.

The list includes a wide range of event organisers across continents and disciplines - including Olympics, World Cups, Grand Slams, cycling tours, rugby tournaments, esports championships, and motorsport races. From long-established competitions to fast-growing events with fresh global appeal, the variety in this category reflects the expanding career opportunities across the event landscape.

The shortlist is based on the global survey conducted by iWorkinSport, where professionals from across the industry were asked: “If you could choose to work anywhere in sport, where would that be?”
