Top 20 Media & Broadcast Companies – The Most Attractive Employers in Sport 2025

The Most Attractive Employers in Sport 2025 series continues - and today’s announcement introduces a brand-new category: Media & Broadcast.

For the first time, professionals participating in the global iWorkinSport survey were able to vote specifically for media companies and sports broadcasters - a long-overdue recognition of the essential role these organisations play in the sport industry.

From iconic print outlets to streaming platforms, global TV networks and digital-first disruptors, these companies shape the way we experience and engage with sport. It’s no surprise they now feature as a standalone category - and that many of them are considered dream employers.

The final rankings will be revealed on May 8th, during the iWorkinSport Awards Ceremony at the Olympic Museum in Lausanne, as part of the iWorkinSport Convention & Job Fair.

This new category also brought a wave of fresh names into the rankings: 19 of the 20 companies are new entrants to the report. The only returning company is DAZN, which previously appeared in the Sports Tech category, but now finds its rightful place among leading broadcasters and media brands.

The shortlist comes from a study conducted by iWorkinSport, which surveyed over 1,100 professionals from 55 countries, asking: “If you could choose to work anywhere in sport, where would that be?”

Respondents selected organisations across ten categories and ultimately identified one overall “Employer of their Dreams.”

In the Media & Broadcast category, the Top 20 most voted companies, in alphabetical order, are:

  • BBC Sport (UK)
  • beIN Sports
  • Bleacher Report
  • CBS Sports (USA)
