Top 20 Sports Tech Companies – The Most Attractive Employers in Sport 2025

We’ve reached the tenth and final category before the big one - the Overall ranking - in the Most Attractive Employers in Sport 2025 series. Today’s spotlight is on one of the most dynamic and fast-evolving areas of the industry: Sports Tech.

This category celebrates companies that are innovating how sport is played, consumed, measured, analysed, and monetised - from data analytics and wearables to fan engagement platforms, fitness apps, and performance tracking tools. It’s where sport meets innovation, and for many professionals, it’s the most exciting frontier.

The final rankings will be revealed on May 8th, during the iWorkinSport Awards Ceremony at the Olympic Museum in Lausanne, as part of the iWorkinSport Convention & Job Fair.

This year’s list features a strong mix of established leaders, disruptive startups, and fan-favourite platforms. Two companies - Sorare and Dream11 - make their debut in the Top 20, joining an elite group of tech-driven organisations shaping the future of sport.

One key change in this edition: DAZN, which had topped the Sports Tech ranking since the category’s launch in 2022, was reclassified and now appears in the newly introduced Media & Broadcast category.

As with all categories, the shortlist is based on a global survey conducted by iWorkinSport, which asked professionals: “If you could choose to work anywhere in sport, where would that be?”

In the Sports Tech category, the Top 20 most voted companies, in alphabetical order, are:

  • Catapult
  • DraftKings
  • Dream11
  • Fanatics
  • Fitbit
  • Freeletics
  • Genius Sports
