Top 10 Sports Leagues – The Most Attractive Employers in Sport 2025

Continuing the Top 10 phase of the Most Attractive Employers in Sport 2025, today we reveal the shortlist in the highly competitive category of Sports Leagues.

Leagues represent the engine room of professional sport. They manage competitions, drive broadcast value, and often set the tone for innovation, fan engagement, and commercial strategy. It’s no surprise that many of them feature among the most desirable employers in the entire industry.

The final ranking will be revealed on May 8th, during the iWorkinSport Awards Ceremony at the Olympic Museum in Lausanne, as part of the iWorkinSport Convention & Job Fair.

This year’s Top 10 features a strong representation of football, with six of the ten leagues coming from the world’s most popular sport. They are joined by top-tier organisations from basketball, American football, tennis, and motorsport - showcasing the global and multi-sport appeal of league organisations as career destinations.

The shortlist is based on the global iWorkinSport survey, which asked professionals across the world:

“If you could choose to work anywhere in sport, where would that be?”

In the Sports Leagues category, the Top 10 Most Attractive Employers in Sport 2025, listed alphabetically, are:
