Meent is supporting FAN4LIFE, powered by Secutix, in recruiting a Ticketing Operations Delivery Senior Manager on a permanent contract.

FAN4LIFE is delivering full ticketing services powered by the ticketing solution SECUTIX.

We are looking for a qualified professional to join our FAN4LIFE team, whose mission is to lead and deliver ticketing operations for high-visibility world-class events.

You will work with very high-brand clients in sports and live entertainment and experience the ultimate thrill of seeing millions of FANs benefit from the results of your work.

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-divisional internal teams across multiple geographies (CH, UK, FR…).

Missions & Responsibilities

  • Assist the operations centre manager in planning, organizing, and executing ticketing operations for various events.
  • Validate ticketing sales and mobile ticket delivery strategies.
  • Manage local team.
  • Coordinate with internal teams in other geographies and customers to gather event information and set up ticketing systems accordingly.
  • Build-up and enhance standard operating procedures to configure and operate the ticketing systems.
  • Become an expert in the SECUTIX ticketing platform functionalities.
  • Monitor ticket sales, inventory levels, and pricing strategies to optimize revenue and ensure availability. 
  • Provide support and guidance to ticketing sales agents, addressing inquiries, issues, and escalations as necessary.
  • Prepare detailed reports and analyses of ticketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Profile Requirements

  • Master’s degree in business, event management, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience leading ticketing operations or event coordination.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience of team leadership.
  • Previous experience supporting major spectator events.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in ticketing software platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Organized, service-oriented and resistant to stress.
  • An interest in sports in a plus.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken & written) and French is a plus.
