bet365 is looking for a Digital Media Executive to support the management of bet365’s paid social and media buying activity.


The Media Executive will support in the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns in order to effectively promote the brand whilst achieving customer acquisition and retention goals. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager and the Digital Media Lead, you will work in a team of multilingual executives optimising campaigns across global markets.


The role will offer an opportunity to work on market leading campaigns such as the new global sponsorship of UEFA Champions League executing various activations across multiple markets and platforms, interacting internally and externally (Google/YouTube, Microsoft, Facebook, Twitter, Snap etc.) to build successful marketing campaigns.


The successful candidate will be experienced at working across large scale, multi-market campaigns across both branding and performance objectives.


Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience

• Knowledge of performance marketing video advertising interfaces across Google Ads, Twitter Ads and Facebook Ads.

• Understanding of Google Analytics and attribution.

• An understanding of how automation works in the paid social advertising ecosystem.

• Strong communication, collaborative working and numerical skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to multitask (working across multiple campaigns and objectives).

• Experience working autonomously within a large team setting, with strong interpersonal skills.

• Experience in a sports or gaming business is a plus.

• Advanced excel skills preferred.

• Fluent proficiency in both verbal and written English, with mandatory fluency in either Spanish or Portuguese (or both)


Main Responsibilities

• Delivering best-in-class responsible advertising across multiple regulated markets, while working to ensure market specific regulation and standards a

re met.• Optimising marketing investment across Facebook, Twitter and Snap app & web campaigns to achieve performance targets.

• Working with external partners to support and execute direct media buys and sponsorships.

• Planning and implementing top of funnel social campaigns to meet branding objectives of the business.

• Supporting the Digital Media Lead across Paid Media channels (YouTube/Google Ads, Direct Buys, and Sponsorships)

• Managing Paid Social channels (Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and Snap Ads) across performance and branding objectives.

• Optimising marketing investment based on data and channel to improve overall performance.

• Overseeing the end-to-end implementation including set-up, management, analytics, tracking and reporting of Performance Marketing accounts.

• Supporting the day to day execution and optimisation of Marketing campaigns across the bet365 business lines.

• Delivering a clear Marketing strategy, working with the relevant platforms on a test and refine approach, which delivers on the key KPIs for each market.
