The Gaming & Esports Specialist supports the Gaming & Esports Manager to design a targeted, credible and efficient gaming marketing program across athletes, events, content and third parties. The Gaming & Esports Specialist has operational responsibility for national gaming projects such as gaming player projects, third party cooperations and Red Bull Gaming events. He/she drives innovation within the gaming project plan and builds a strong and efficient network in the national gaming and communications scene and stays ahead of new developments.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

Main Responsibilities

Supporting the national plan of Esports and Gaming events, collaborations with third parties, publishers and players/teams. Help in keeping a clear vision following and predicting trends in esports and Gaming on a daily basis. Come up with innovative ideas for new gaming players (talent scouting), gaming player projects, third-party activations and potential Red Bull gaming event formats. Support of third-party relationship activating the partnership creating and executing innovate and credible projects. Support to sales department, using the gaming and esports assets to add value. Executes gaming and esports projects in cooperation with the other marketing departments. Contribute to a successful Business Planning with new ideas and a holistic esports and Gaming plan for the country.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Minimum 3 years work experience in esports/gaming industry, having worked personally with gaming & esports topics or within agencies, institutions, esports teams in marketing, performance and communications.
• University Degree Social networks & office programs
• Experience working and looking for new gaming & esports talents as well as having worked and created projects with them. Additionally, experience organizing and coordinating events is needed.
• Experience collaborating with publishers and creating projects around video games. Also experience activating esports & gaming sponsorships in an innovative and credible way for the scene.
• Experience in leading and creating 360º projects that integrate all areas of the company and contribute to the success of business planning and accustomed to working within a national and international environment.
• Spanish, Fluent in English. Valuable other languages.
• Creative & innovative, Open-minded & self-conscius, ESport enthusiastic & Gamer, Communicator & Conector.
