TechStyle Fashion Group is hiring a Manager, Micro Influencer Partnerships for Fabletics Europe in Berlin.

The position reports into the VP Brand Marketing for Fabletics Europe.

Job Summary

In your role, you will lead and drive the success of Fabletics' Micro Influencer programme in Europe. Together with our interns, we work with hundreds of Micro Influencers across Europe every month and are looking to expand our initiatives into more regions.

As part of our Brand Marketing team, you will be fully responsible for executing the strategy for the Micro Influencer campaigns to grow Fabletics' digital brand presence and meet agreed objectives in line with brand goals.

While orchestrating and executing our unpaid influencer campaigns, you will support our overall communications campaigns for IGC, Brand Activations & Events and work closely with your PR, Content Marketing, Social Media and Celebrity Marketing teammates to ensure cohesive brand positioning.

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities

  • Development and execution of the Fabletics Micro Influencer strategy across all social channels in Europe with a strong focus on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Develop new strategies for innovative ways of promoting the Fabletics brand through Influencers, while operating with Fabletics product as the budget for compensating the Influencers.
  • Increase the understanding of the creator ecosystem, build strong relationships within the Influencer industry, be open for new channels and opportunities and share your learning with your counterparts with the team in the US and our sister brands Savage X Fenty, JustFab and Yitty.
  • Be responsible for your Influencer KPIs and brand engagement stats, manage and monitor the activities of all your campaigns and make sure you are delivering strong results.
  • Develop the monthly campaign storytelling and product selection together with the eCommerce Team and the VP Brand Marketing
  • Work closely with the PR, SEO, Online Marketing and Events managers in the EU to ensure alignment on social/influencer activity – as well as building a strong relationship to your counterparts in US Headquarter to support global campaigns in your country
  • Lead by example in all work-related activities, acting as a role model for team and the brand

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of Influencer marketing experience in a fast-paced start-up, scale-up or B2C sports/fashion environment
  • You balance both strategy and execution, seamlessly navigating breadth and depth while thriving as an individual contributor.
  • You have a strong track record of developing and implementing successful communications strategies and influencer campaigns with measurable results and without a large media budget.
  • An outgoing self-starter who is well connected within the fashion and influencer ecosystem and relevant media.
  • A proactive and autonomous approach to work; both open-minded and quick to adapt to new challenges and changes.
  • A sales driven mindset with an eye on process efficiency and influencer workflows and tools to achieve maximum impact with limited resources.
  • A shared passion for an active and healthy lifestyle and a sense of fashion trends would be an asset.
