A global sports management and content agency is expanding its talent division and looking for an ambitious Talent Manager who can champion both creators and athletes at the highest level. With a roster that includes world and Olympic champions, this is a chance to join a team operating at the sharp end of sport, social and brand-led storytelling

You’ll drive the representation, development and commercial growth of a roster of endurance-sport creators and athletes spotting emerging talent, opening brand opportunities and delivering campaigns that actually deliver impact.


Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Source, sign and develop high-quality creators and athletes with long-term potential.
  • Build relationships with brands to unlock partnership opportunities across social and creator-first marketing.
  • Pitch creative, social-led ideas and prepare proposals, decks and campaign plans.
  • Manage partnerships end-to-end: negotiation, activation, content delivery and reporting.
  • Coordinate campaigns, events, shoots and branded collaborations from concept to completion.
  • Work closely with senior leadership on refining the wider creator and social marketing strategy.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years in talent/creator management, influencer marketing, sports or entertainment.
  • A track record of signing talent and delivering high-performing brand partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of social trends, paid social and social-commerce platforms.
  • A real passion for sport ideally endurance and how athletes and creators drive brand value.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organised, collaborative, proactive and entrepreneurial.
