Role:

  • As part of the Profil Milano team for the Winter Olympic Games 2026, the Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing on-the-ground delivery of services including guest reception, hospitality logistics, and event-day coordination. This includes staffing for roles such as hospitality hosts/hostesses, guest services coordinator, staffing supervisor.
  • A major focus of the role will be to build and maintain a reliable, qualified, and dynamic talent database to support event staffing needs. This includes recruitment, training, and retention of top-tier temporary personnel who reflect the values and high standards of the PROFIL brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Development: Sourcing, screening, and hiring local staff to build a trustworthy and dynamic talent pool in line with PROFIL's service standards. Conducting interviews and ensuring hires reflect the image and values of our clients and the Olympics spirit.
  • Staff Training & Briefing: Delivering onboarding sessions and continuous training to ensure
  • temporary staff are well-prepared, professional, and aligned with the expectations of a world- class guest program.
  • Team Scheduling & Deployment: Creating and managing detailed staff schedules for on-site deployments across multiple Olympic venues. Ensuring timely communication, team readiness, and optimal coverage.
  • Client & Guest Liaison: Acting as a key point of contact for client needs and on-site coordination. Managing day-to-day client interactions, addressing requests, and conducting debriefings post-event to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.
  • HR & Administrative Oversight: Managing contracts, time tracking, uniforms, compliance documentation, and other administrative processes for the deployed teams.
  • Operational Support: Contributing to all other duties typically associated with agency
  • operations, ensuring flexibility and adaptability within a high-demand event environment.
  • The employee will be required to follow all general and specific instructions from the Management and report regularly on their activities.


Skills:

• Experience in a similar role 

• Excellent IT skills (Excel, collaborative tools, management software)

• Good knowledge of English and/or French
