The programme

Jump-start your career in sports marketing with TEAM’s Graduate Talent Programme – an immersive rotational experience in an international environment, running from early 2026 through June 2027 (approximately 18 months).

As you rotate through two areas of TEAM’s business, you’ll gain first-hand experience, sharpen your project management skills, build meaningful connections, and develop a holistic understanding of the sports industry. You’ll be entrusted with valuable work that contributes to TEAM’s success in delivering the UEFA Men’s Club Competitions. This could mean working closely with sponsorship or media partners to ensure the seamless delivery of contractual rights and obligations, supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns, contributing to digital and social media initiatives, assisting with partner activations, enabling decision-making through data and insights, or driving innovation. You may also have the opportunity to support the organisation and logistics behind gold-standard events, such as strategic workshops, major matchdays, commercial partner site visits, or the UEFA Men’s Club Competitions finals.

 No matter which departments and projects you support, this experience will prepare you for a versatile career in sports marketing – opening the door to potential opportunities within TEAM or beyond.


The candidate

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree obtained between 2024 and the start of the programme in early 2026. You are at the beginning of your career and eager to put your knowledge into action. Your ability to proactively approach tasks and effectively manage your time allows you to easily adapt and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. Likewise, you understand the importance of putting clients first and delivering work of the highest standard. Finally, you are able to communicate clearly and make strong connections with colleagues and partners alike.

This full-time position will be based at TEAM’s HQ in Lucerne, Switzerland and will involve some international travel.
