We are looking for a Project Manager Strategic Cooperations (ServiceNow) (m/f/d) 

Location: Frankfurt am Main

Full-time (40 hours)

Limited to 2 years with the option of taking over

We offer a hybrid working approach: in-office work is welcome, combined with the option to work remotely if it suits you and your role.

Your tasks

• You maintain the existing cooperation with ServiceNow and continuously develop it further
• You will independently manage projects for digitalisation, process optimisation and technological development of the DFL – from conception to implementation
• You will support the strategic development of the DFL Group and actively contribute to the successful implementation of innovation projects with ServiceNow
• You regularly coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to capture requirements and communicate project results transparently
• You prepare information, decision templates and presentations for relevant committees in a target group-oriented manner
• You act as an interface between different departments and promote cross-departmental cooperation
• You actively contribute your methodological expertise in classic or agile project management
• You accompany change processes communicatively and support internal communication around your projects

This is what you bring with you

• You already have some professional experience in a media or technology company, sports clubs/associations in the field of technology
• You have a very good understanding of technology
• You have experience in (agile) project management and can demonstrate this with certifications such as ServiceNow Fundamentals or PMP
• You are a team player with a strong service mentality, whose strengths include a structured and conscientious way of working
• Whether in writing or in direct exchange, as a communications professional, you impress with your excellent expression and your very good knowledge of German and English
• You have very good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel 
• Experience with process optimization (ideally with ServiceNow modules) is an advantage
