Key Responsibilities


Media Analysis & Reporting



  • Actively monitor news media trends and coverage related to MotoGP.
  • Track and analyze media reach, sentiment, and share of voice across digital, print, and broadcast platforms.
  • Develop global media impact reports for specific activations and campaigns.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of PR and media strategies, providing actionable insights.
  • Benchmark MotoGP’s media presence against industry competitors and trends.
  • Support crisis communication efforts by tracking and assessing media narratives.


Social Media Analysis & Reporting



  • Analyze and interpret key performance metrics for organic social media across all platforms, including engagement rates, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand sentiment, emerging conversations, and audience trends.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to refine social media strategies and enhance audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with content and paid media teams to optimize engagement strategies and standardize measurement methodologies.
  • Benchmark social media performance against competitors and industry standards, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.


Skills & Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years in social media analytics, media analysis, or a related field, preferably within sports or entertainment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch) and media monitoring platforms (e.g., Meltwater, Cision).
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Social Media Expertise: Understanding of both paid and organic social media strategies and their impact on brand marketing and business objectives.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Data Studio) is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Passion for social media trends, audience behavior, and digital storytelling in the sports industry.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally, managing multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
