Manager Sales Strategy - Global Athlete & Team Marketing (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

You will be part of SPORTFIVE’s Global Athlete & Team Marketing division, contributing to sales strategy and strategic initiatives for our diverse rights-holder portfolio, which includes partners such as the Boston Celtics, Kansas City Chiefs, Al Nassr, Jürgen Klopp, and Manuel Neuer. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Sales Strategy: Supporting the global head of sales & department leads with overseeing the entire sales strategy process - including prospecting, Salesforce campaign management & tracking, sales reporting and analytics
  • Pre-sales support: support and participation in the preparation of major sponsorship sales pitches across our portfolio of major clubs and athletes
  • Inhouse strategy support: work with the department heads on strategic pitches and rights portfolio strategy


Your Profile

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in international marketing, sports marketing, business intelligence (BI), or sales strategy
  • University degree in marketing, international management, business administration, or a related fieldProven experience in the sponsorship sales process
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and data/insight tools
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently
  • Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and collaborate effectively within a multi-functional, multi-market team at SPORTFIVE
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Business-fluent English; additional languages (German, French, Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus
