Mission

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Running Marketing Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate a variety of tasks across digital and offline channels. You’ll report to the Marketing Manager Running. With a passion for running and the outdoors, you will work closely with the Product Management, Digital, and Brand Activation teams to support key marketing initiatives.

Tasks

Website Content & Maintenance

  • Coordinate content for all web launches and updates in collaboration with Product Managers, Digital, and Brand Activation teams.
  • Create marketing copy and manage visual content across the website.
  • Maintain and update product pages, ensuring accurate and up-to-date content.
  • Support in the creation of the VSM platform

Workbook Creation

  • Work with PIM, PM, and Digital teams to coordinate the creation of running product workbooks, including page plans, highlight pages, and validation processes.
  • Write marketing text and key product features to ensure consistency with the overall brand messaging.

Event Activation Coordination

  • Support event activation for key events, including UTMB, Ultraks and X Trails including co-ordinating POS, branding, digital activations, and community engagement strategies.
  • Support with event logistics

Additional Marketing Support

  • Assisting with photo shoots, including logistics arrangements.
  • Support the creation of UGC (user-generated content) and contribute to content development across channels.
  • Proofread marketing materials to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Assist with product launches, providing coordination and support as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree is a Minimum
  • Experience in a marketing and/or communication position is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and website content management is a plus.
