Your mission
- Support our Athletes and ensure a timely delivery of new products including prototypes
- Tracking all orders throughout the process
- Evaluate the current order process from start to finish and define and assess opportunities to improve it in order to reduce the administrative work of athlete managers.
- Managing the product delivery to our own warehouses, dedicated to athletes only
- Managing the inventory of all athlete footwear, apparel and accessories product on a global level and create an up-to-date inventory overview
- Investigate into the current process and propose an ideal process that is aligned with internal stakeholders (e.g. Athlete Strategy & Partnership, Supply Chain, Happiness Deliverers, Demand Planning) and that secures an efficient and effective future process in order to provide best service to our athletes (e.g. reduction of administrative work, fast delivery, pre order of athlete needs for each product drop to liaise between athlete managers and production, prioritisation of athlete needs, shipment to dedicated, physical or virtual warehouses for athlete needs etc.)
- Assisting the Athlete Strategy & Partnership Team in various daily tasks and long-term projects such as for example the On Youth Camp, athlete gifts, etc.
- Supporting in building a strategy to position On as a performance sports brand within the younger generation and execute various projects with the aim of creating brand love / awareness among young sports enthusiasts

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Strong preference for a self-starter, who asks questions, provides clear feedback and solves problems to improve Athlete Managers’ daily job
- Passion for running culture with knowledge of athletes, coaches, clubs, crews, and the latest media
- Fully understand Athlete needs and ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship-building skills - both externally and internally across teams and managing external partners
- Ability to read, speak and write English fluently
