Key Responsibilities
Travel bookings for VIPs:
- Booking flights and hotels using a global distribution system, specifically Amadeus
- Arranging additional VIP services such as ground transportation, hotel accommodation and airport services
- Coordinating and following up on all booked services to ensure seamless execution
Event coordination:
- Organising and overseeing meetings and conferences, including procurement activities, service bookings, and on-site coordination
Supplier and stakeholder management:
- Maintaining professional relationships with UEFA suppliers and negotiating effectively within the scope of assigned responsibilities
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with both internal and external clients to facilitate smooth collaboration
UEFA campus tour management:
- Handling requests for guided tours of the UEFA campus
- Coordinating logistics with reception staff, including badge preparation, refreshments and access to designated areas
- Ensuring a positive overall tour experience
Requirements
Experience:
- Experience working in a travel agency, events agency or hotel
- Experience dealing with very high-profile guests
Education:
- Degree in business administration (ideally with focus on tourism and hospitality) or specialisation in hospitality and travel
Languages:
- English: Proficient
- French: Proficient
- Any additional language is an advantage
Other requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Amadeus and Cytric
- Proven ability to work in a team (internal and/or across units) as well as independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and out of regular working hours
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
- Service-minded and solution-oriented
