Your mission
- You will play a pivotal role in developing leaders at On. You will ideate, design and execute programs that develop leadership skills and competencies.
- You will plan and coordinate live and self-paced learning programs, managing all aspects of the learning experience including scheduling, communication, attendance tracking and post-session material development.
- You will develop innovative leadership enablement initiatives such as toolkits for leaders and enhanced leadership development resources.
- You will lead communication strategy and manage channels to effectively engage leaders and stakeholders on learning initiatives.
Your story
- You have a background, experience, or strong interest in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or Learning & Development.
- You are passionate about people, their career and development journeys and how to deliver a fantastic learning experience.
- You are a quick learner with excellent project management skills, a results-driven mindset and a high degree of self-motivation.
- You excel in organization and coordination, adept at managing multiple priorities and delivering on complex plans.
- You approach challenges with a positive, can-do attitude, always seeking opportunities for growth and improvement.
