In this role as a Sr Sports Product Marketing Manager for Prime Video Channels, you will play a pivotal part in defining how we market our sports-focused content and channels to drive subscriber growth, engagement, and retention across the UK, France, Italy, Germany, and Spain, utilizing owned, paid, and earned marketing channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for our top sports channel partners, crafting go-to-market plans, designing impactful promotions, and spearheading innovative product launch strategies to attract and retain sports-minded customers.

Key job responsibilities

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will influence the roadmap and features that enhance the customer experience for sports fans, ensuring seamless integration and discoverability of live events on Prime Video Channels, match highlights, and other premium sports content. Additionally, you will dive deep into performance data, analyzing key metrics to identify gaps, optimize campaigns, and scale successful initiatives, continuously refining our product marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, with multiple years of marketing experience and a strong background in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional product marketing programs focused on sports and live events. Exceptional communication skills, the ability to work autonomously, and a track record of using data and metrics to drive measurable improvements are also essential.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience in marketing or marketing research
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
  • Experience with A/B Testing or Multi-Variate Testing or both
  • Experience shaping, prioritizing and influencing product roadmaps

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
  • Experience in influencer, affiliate marketing
