In my work, I integrate systemic coaching, mindfulness-based approaches, NLP techniques and a human-centric perspective to foster holistic growth and development. By leveraging systemic coaching, I consider the broader context of my clients' lives, recognising the interconnectedness of their personal and professional spheres. How I Work

Mindfulness-based approaches help clients cultivate present-moment awareness, enhancing their emotional regulation and clarity of thought. Central to my practice is a human-centric approach, ensuring that empathy, respect, and individualised support are at the core of every interaction. When beginning coaching with a new client, I start with an initial consultation to build rapport and understand their background, challenges, and goals. We then set long-term objectives and prioritise key issues. Each session is planned with specific outcomes, and involves exploring the client's thoughts, developing strategies, and practicing new skills. In between sessions there is enough room for practice and reflection leading up to the next session where a platform for exchange is provided. This structured approach ensures each session is productive, with the client leaving with actionable steps to drive them closer to their overall goals
