In agreement with Red Bull, the iWorkinSport Job Fair is pleased to invite all its delegates to take the ground-breaking personality test developed by the Austria-based energy drink company: the Red Bull Wingfinder.
Developed by Red Bull and psychology professors from Columbia University New York and University College London, Red Bull Wingfinder is a free, scientifically-validated personality test that identifies the test-takers top strengths in four key areas of professional success - Connections, Creativity, Thinking and Drive - and provides them the tools to become even better.
The assessment takes about 35 minutes to complete and immediately after the completion, the candidates will receive two reports: the first one is a 19-page tailored feedback report on how to leverage their strengths including a coaching plan with advice by some of the world’s best athletes sharing the same strengths with the candidates, the second report is an one-page summary of their top strengths that can be printed and taken along to the recruiters and hiring managers they will meet at the career fair.

The iWorkinSport 2019 will take place on 24 May, at the SwissTech Convention Center, in Lausanne – the Olympic Capital – and will bring together some of the largest sports organisations in the world and graduates from the most prominent masters in sports management.
