An all-European list makes the “Top 20” among the Most
Attractive Employers in Sport, in the category Football Clubs in 2022,
according to research conducted by iWorkinSport.
The 2022 shortlist assessing which football clubs professionals in
the sports industry would prefer to work for is almost the same as the previous
year - the exception being the Spanish side Sevilla replacing Boca Juniors,
from Argentina, in the Top 20.
The second
edition of the study surveyed more than a 1,600 people from all continents,
with the majority already working in sport, and asked them a simple question:
“If you could choose to work anywhere in sport, where would that be?”
At first, the respondents chose organisations
divided into ten categories, and at the end, they indicated one single
preferred choice, overall – the “Employer of their Dreams”.
In the category Football Clubs, the 20 most voted
teams were, in alphabetical order:
AC Milan (ITA)
Ajax (NED)
Arsenal (ENG)
Atlético Madrid (ESP)
Barcelona (ESP)
Bayern Munich (GER)
Borussia Dortmund (GER)
