Join us this Thursday, 11th of March at 6pm CET, when we will be talking to Jair Bertoni, Director Member Associations Americas at FIFA.
You can say that the Argentinean/Italian Jair Bertoni has been involved in sports – football in particular - even before he was born: his father, Daniel Bertoni, won the FIFA World Cup in Argentina just a few weeks before his birth. Jair started his career in sports in 2004, when he decided to move to Europe and enrol in the 5th edition of the FIFA Master – International Master in Management, Law and Humanities of Sport.
After graduating, Jair assisted in the Master’s revision and the coordination of its Management module at SDA Bocconi School of Management. Following this brief 6 months spell with CIES, he joined the Association of European Professional Football Leagues as Head of Cabinet. Throughout his time there, he managed the operational and political relations with all stakeholders in the football industry. In November 2016, he joined FIFA as the Director of Member Associations Americas, where he plays crucial role in the development of the sport, particularly at grassroots level, from North to South America.
If you are interested in football, and want to know more about the career of an industry’s professional, you cannot miss this opportunity. Join us on Thursday 11th of March at 6pm CET, we will be speaking to Jair Bertoni, Director of Member Associations Americas at FIFA.
