In this episode, we will talk with Raphael
Fiche, Senior Brand Recruiter at adidas.
Rapha, as he’s known, leads the recruitment of the
brand and marketing positions of all Sports Business Units of the Global HQ of
adidas. He has a diverse professional experience across Events, Marketing and
HR (Executive & Leadership Development and most recently, Talent
Acquisition).
His professional career started at act.3 GmbH, at
the time an exclusive partner of adidas, where he supported the building of the
daughter company in Brazil, and was involved in projects linked to the FIFA Confederations
Cup 2013 and FIFA World Cup 2014, for which he headed the Recruitment and
Training team, supporting the company to find the best talents and build the
most efficient teams across the 12 host cities of the World Cup, servicing
adidas as their client.
He then moved to act.3’s German HQ, in Berlin, and
took care of the whole activation budget of the adidas Football Base, until he
was invited to join the Recruitment team of adidas HQ directly.
He is a regular guest lecturer in several
universities, where he teaches about “personal branding” and “storytelling”,
two very important elements to anyone building a career in any industry.
