IWORKINSPORT EDUCATION VIRTUAL EXPO’S FAQ
Q: WHEN WILL THE EVENT HAPPEN AND WHEN CAN I HAVE ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM?
A: The iWorkinSport Education Virtual Expo 2020 will take place from the 10th to the 12th November. The courses’ representatives will be available to have 1-to-1 conversations with you at the times listed below. Other than that, the platform will remain open uninterruptedly – which means that you will be able to access it, browse through the virtual stands, download brochures and watch videos on demand.
The official times of the event are the following:
10 November 2020, from 7h to 12h GMT
11 November 2020, from 12h to 17h GMT
12 November 2020, from 17h to 22h GMT

Q: WILL THE 3 DAYS BE THE SAME, OR SHOULD I ATTEND DIFFERENT DAYS?
A: The event was designed to happen in 3 days, at different times, in order to allow attendees from all different time-zones to connect at least one day. If you attend one day, you will be able to enjoy at least 70% of everything the event has to offer. However, some presentations at the virtual auditorium will be different on the second and third days of the event. Therefore, if you’d like to enjoy it in full, you should try to attend all 3 days of the event, if possible.
Q: HOW DO I LOG IN TO THE EDUCATION VIRTUAL EXPO?
A: All you have to do is to follow this link and enter the email address and password with which you registered to the event. If you forget your password, just click on “Forgot password?”.
Q: DO I NEED TO DOWNLOAD ANY APP?
A: No. You do not need to download any app. You can access the event connecting to the internet browser on your computer, tablet or mobile phone.
Q: CAN I ACCESS THE EVENT VIA MOBILE PHONE OR TABLET?
A: Yes, you can join the event on your mobile phone or tablet. However, we strongly recommend that you connect via a laptop or a desktop computer. That will provide you a better experience.
Q: IS THERE A PREFERRED INTERNET BROWSER I SHOULD USE TO CONNECT?
A: We strongly recommend that you use either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
Q: IS IT FREE TO ATTEND THE EVENT?
A: Yes, you may attend the Education Virtual Expo, as many times as you want, entirely FREE.
Q: HOW DOES THE PLATFORM WORK?
A: The platform simulates an in-person MBA fair. You will access a virtual Exhibit Hall, with virtual stands from 15 of the best sports management programs. As in a physical event, you will be able to attend the exhibitors’ (virtual) stands, collect information (e.g. download brochures, watch videos, etc), talk in real time with the courses’ representatives and alumni, watch presentations, and more.

Q: WHAT WILL I LEARN AT THE EDUCATION VIRTUAL EXPO?
A: At the event you will be able to gather detailed information about some of the best sports management programs in the world. In addition to administrative and technical information (e.g. curriculum, key dates, scholarships, prices, etc.) you will also be able to learn what it's really like to study in those programs, as former graduates will be available to share their experiences with you.
Q: HOW WILL I CONNECT AND INTERACT WITH COURSES’ REPRESENTATIVES?
A: Once you enter a booth, you will be able to start conversations in two ways:
1- in a public chat (text only);
2- in a private chat (text or video calls)
Q: WILL I BE ABLE TO TALK TO FORMER STUDENTS OF THE PROGRAMS TOO?
A: Yes, most programs will have alumni at their booths, ready to share their experiences as former students with you.
Q: ARE WE ABLE TO CONNECT AND CHAT WITH OTHER ATTENDEES, OR CAN WE ONLY INTERACT WITH THE PROGRAMS’ REPRESENTATIVES?
A: Yes, you will be able to connect and chat with any attendee of the event. There will be a networking lounge, in order facilitate that interaction.
Q: DO I NEED AN UNIVERSITY (BACHELOR) TO APPLY TO THE COURSES PRESENTING AT THE EVENT?
A: Each program has their own pre-requisites in order to accept candidates. We suggest you visit every stand, download their brochures and ask the courses’ representatives directly.
Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM ELIGIBLE TO ENROL IN A PROGRAM FEATURED AT THE EVENT?
