How it works
Sports organisations will be posting job offers for which candidates will be able to apply in advance. The recruiters will then assess the applications and book interviews with the candidates. Candidates who are not pre-selected for interviews will still have the opportunity to meet all recruiters and have interviews at the Job Fair. In addition to the Exhibition area, where candidates can meet the recruiters, iWorkinSport also offers a top-quality conference programme, in which the professionals recruiting at the fair will share tips and advice in order to help candidates achieve their career goals.
This edition’s Academic Partners are: the FIFA Master, Johan Cruyff Institute, AISTS, University of Bath, GOALS International Master, SMS - Sports Management School, Les Roches, University of Lausanne, Columbia SPS, IMD, Esade and IESE.
iWorkinSport is more than just a recruitment platform!
In addition to scouting talent from the best sports management postgraduate programmes, recruiters also attend a special Workshop & Networking Session, where they exchange knowledge and best practices, as well as a VIP dinner, at the Olympic Museum, with representatives from the Academic Partners.
The iWorkinSport Job Fair is organised by the Swiss-based events company ENGAGE Sports & Entertainment SA, with the support of the International Centre for Sport Studies – CIES (Gold Partner), and Meent, the leading recruitment firm for sports and entertainment in the EU.
