Today we announce the Top 10 Overall list from the iWorkinSport Most Attractive Employers 2024 survey results. This is the last category announcement ahead of the final rankings announcement at next week's Awards ceremony at the Olympic Museum in Lausanne, Switzerland.
The Top 10 Overall list includes a diverse set of companies across brands, leagues, teams, agencies and governing bodies, making clear the appeal of various employer types across the sports landscape. Governing bodies FIBA, FIFA, IOC and UEFA all made the Top 10. Sporting good powerhouses Adidas and Nike appear alongside North American league the NBA. Sports marketing agencies Infront and SPORTFIVE also made the Top 10. As the only individual team to appear, Real Madrid rounds out the Top 10. Check out the full list below.
The list is the result of a study conducted by iWorkinSport, which surveyed more than 1,600 people from 83 countries representing all continents, with the majority already working in sport, and asked them a simple question: “If you could choose to work anywhere in sport, where would that be?”
At first, the respondents chose organisations divided into ten categories and, at the end, they indicated one single preferred choice, overall – the “Employer of their Dreams”.
The final rankings of the iWorkinSport Most Attractive Employers 2024 will be announced at an Awards ceremony at the Olympic Museum, in Lausanne, on June 4th, at a VIP dinner offered to recruiters and academic partners of the iWorkinSport Job Fair, which will take place the following day in Lausanne.

The survey was conducted from 16 January to 17 March 2023 and counted 1,619 respondents, from 101 nationalities, living in 83 countries, with 84% having at least a bachelor degree and 52% with postgraduate education, while 87% already work in sport. Detailed demographics data will be available in the report.
