Today we follow on Friday’s announcement of the Top 10 Sports Teams the Top 10 Sports Teams in North America, the latest results from the iWorkinSport Most Attractive Employers in Sport 2024 survey.
Six of the Top 10 teams come from the NBA, making clear the broad appeal of the league’s status as an attractive employer. The teams include the Boston Celtics, Chicago Bulls, Golden State Warriors, Los Angeles Lakers, Miami Heat, and the New York Knicks. The MLS landed three teams in the Top 10 - Inter Miami, La Galaxy and New York City FC - aligning with the increasing popularity of football (soccer) in the United States. The New York Yankees are the lone MLB team to make the Top 10. Check out the full Top 10 list below.
The final rankings of the iWorkinSport Most Attractive Employers 2024 will be announced at an Awards ceremony at the Olympic Museum, in Lausanne, on June 4th, at a VIP dinner offered to recruiters and academic partners of the iWorkinSport Job Fair, which will take place the following day in Lausanne.

The survey was conducted from 16 January to 17 March 2023 and counted 1,619 respondents, from 101 nationalities, living in 83 countries, with 84% having at least a bachelor degree and 52% with postgraduate education, while 87% already work in sport. Detailed demographics data will be available in the report.
