Top 20 Overall - The Most Attractive Employers in Sport 2023

Today we announce the results of the Top 20 Most Attractive Employers in Sport survey in the Overall category.

Eleven football-related organisations are in the top 20, including seven clubs scattered across Europe, two leagues (LaLiga and Premiere) and two governing bodies (FIFA and UEFA). Perennial sporting goods brands Adidas and Nike are also in the Top 20. The International Olympic Committee and fellow international governing body FIBA also appear. They are joined by globally recognized leagues Formula 1 and the NBA. Red Bull (sponsor), Sportfive (agency) and Ferrari (sports team) round out the list.

The list is the result of a study conducted by iWorkinSport, which surveyed more than 1,500 people from all continents, with the majority already working in sport, and asked them a simple question: “If you could choose to work anywhere in sport, where would that be?”

At first, the respondents chose organisations divided into ten categories and, at the end, they indicated one single preferred choice, overall – the “Employer of their Dreams”.

The final rankings of the iWorkinSport Most Attractive Employers 2023 will be announced at an Awards ceremony at the Olympic Museum, in Lausanne, on June 1st, at a VIP dinner offered to recruiters and academic partners of the iWorkinSport Job Fair, which will take place the following day in Lausanne.
