Today we continue with the seventh of eleven categories in The Most Attractive Employers in Sport survey results - the Top 20 Most Attractive Event Organizers.
The Top 20 list includes events across 11 different sports. Topping the list is tennis with all four annual Grand Slams - Australian Open, Roland Garros, US OPEN and Wimbledon - finding their way onto the list. The three upcoming editions of the Olympic Games - Paris 2024, Milano Cortina 2026 and LA 28 - also appear. Similarly, three of football’s biggest events - FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023, UEFA Euro 2024 and FIFA World Cup United 2026 - all found themselves in the Top 20. Esports with two events, League of Legends World Championships and The International, and Rugby with two events, Rugby World Cup 2023 and Six Nations round up the sports with multi-event representation.
The list is the result of a study conducted by iWorkinSport, which surveyed more than 1,500 people from all continents, with the majority already working in sport, and asked them a simple question: “If you could choose to work anywhere in sport, where would that be?”
At first, the respondents chose organisations divided into ten categories and, at the end, they indicated one single preferred choice, overall – the “Employer of their Dreams”.
The final rankings of the iWorkinSport Most Attractive Employers 2023 will be announced at an Awards ceremony at the Olympic Museum, in Lausanne, on June 1st, at a VIP dinner offered to recruiters and academic partners of the iWorkinSport Job Fair, which will take place the following day in Lausanne.

The survey was conducted from 16 January to 17 March 2023 and had more than 1,500 respondents, from 73 countries, with 95% having at least a bachelor degree and 61% with postgraduate education, while 78% already work in sport. Detailed demographics data will be available in the report.
