In this episode we will be speaking with Alex Norman, Senior Lawyer at Bird & Bird and Founder of Diversity in the Business of Sport (DiBS).
DiBS, aims to help increase diversity amongst professionals working in the sports business industry. They 'support other diversity and inclusion initiatives and hope to be able to contribute more widely to the diversity and inclusion debate' as they grow. That is done via their flagship DiBS Mentoring Programme.
iWorkinSport has partnered with DiBS in order to help promote the topic os Diversity, Egality and Inclusion and is offering the opportunity for sports professionals from minority backgrounds who wish to be mentored by DiBS Mentors.
Alex has experience from London and Hong Kong at a top-tier global law firm and hands on experience of working client-side at a major sports governing body, a global football agency and at a bulge bracket investment bank.
Outside of work, Alex is currently studying for a Masters of Business Administration at HKUST Business School in Hong Kong.
