The Overall Top 20 Most Attractive Employers in Sport
Eight football clubs, five leagues, four international sports governing bodies, two sporting goods companies and one sponsor are the “overall” Top 20 Most Attractive Employers in Sport, according to a study conducted by iWorkinSport.
The Switzerland-based company surveyed more than a thousand people from all continents, with the majority already working in sport, and asked them a simple question: “If you could choose to work anywhere in sport, where would that be?”
At first, the respondents chose organisations divided into nine categories, and at the end, they indicated one single preferred choice, overall – the “Employer of their Dreams”.
iWorkinSport CEO, Joao Frigerio, commented: “In this particular category, the respondents were not given any choices to choose from, and were asked to write one single place where they dream to work. That makes it a very powerful list. It’s important to note that the survey took place before the recent announcement – and collapse – of the so-called European Super League. Therefore, that controversy had no influence in the result whatsoever”.
