We’re looking for a Business Director to lead a number of key client relationships, with the remit to drive excellence across all client activity. The role will partner with our strategy, editorial and creative departments to deliver world class editorially led social content and integrated creative. A passion for and belief in the power of sport is essential.
The Business Director will provide the long-term vision and direction for their clients and have ultimate responsibility for the management of the account, including the finances and profitability, the quality of the output, the management and development of the team, and the strength of the client relationship.
Reporting to the Head of Client Services, the Business Director will support in the management of the department through leading by example and setting the pace and high standards for others to follow. The candidate will feel at home reviewing and presenting social content strategies alongside the Editorial team, as they will partnering with strategy and creative to unlock conceptual thinking to maximise the opportunity with our clients.
The remit will encompass breathing new life into existing client relationships and playing a pivotal role in new business opportunities. The right person will have a breadth of channel experience and be comfortable turning their hand to everything from social first content to brand building advertising.
We’re looking for an ambitious self-starter who can evidence their ability to drive client growth and profitability. We require a candidate capable of demonstrating entrepreneurialism, versatility and resilience. Energy, positivity and a can-do attitude are non-negotiables.
The successful candidate will demonstrate empathy and understanding of the agency behaviours and buy into the idea that, together, we can innovate and reimagine possibilities in sport. They will take responsibility to actively manage a team of Account Directors, Account Managers and Account Executives.
