Main goal

The WEURO Ticketing Coordinator (Guest Relations) is responsible for VIP ticketing activities and supports the Project Lead with operational, administrative, and logistical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing UEFA’s operational database (FAME) and VIP administration for WEURO 2025
  • Planning and overseeing invitations, monitoring quotas, and providing statistics
  • Coordinating with service providers on transport and accommodation
  • Ensuring VIP ticketing needs are met and assisting in creation and implementation of the VIP ticketing system
  • Preparing training materials and supporting the Guest Services team
  • Handling post-event statistics, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining the VIP ticketing platform
  • Overseeing ticket distribution, checking data quality, supporting on-site staff, and tracking attendance
  • Coordinating protocol meetings, seating plans, government attendance, and logistical items

Education

  • Bachelor in field of event management, communication or sport studies

Experience

  • from 1 - 3 years experience in VIP ticketing operations ideally in a sports organisation and having delivered a tournament (multi-match) event
  • at least 3 years experience in guest management operations, catering to top VIP guests and managing changes / schedules, delivering centralised services from a central tournament coordination centre

Languages

  • English / Proficient

Other Requirements

  • Training in CRM / IT systems
  • Former understanding of sports administrative systems is a huge bonus
